TABAKALERA

Tabakalera es el proyecto que convertirá la antigua fábrica de tabaco de Donostia-San Sebastián en un Centro Internacional de Cultura Contemporánea, especializado en cultura visual. El arte contemporáneo, la televisión, el vídeo y el cine, el diseño y el sonido confluirán en un mismo espacio. Un espacio singular de exposiciones y programas audiovisuales y, sobre todo, un lugar para trabajar, para producir, para crear. Una fábrica de imágenes. Mientras se desarrolla el proyecto y avanzan los preparativos para renovar el edificio, Tabakalera organiza exposiciones, ciclos, debates. Sus actividades conviven en los espacios de la fábrica con grabaciones, rodajes y eventos producidos por otros agentes del entorno. Tabakalera es ya un lugar vivo.
