Francisco López is recognised as one of the most important figures on the international sound art and experimental music scene. His long list of sound works have been released by more than 180 record companies.
WORK:
López’s sound performances are far detached from the stereotypes traditionally associated with musical concerts. They are intense experiences that invite the listener to become immersed in sound in its purest form. In order to achieve this he makes use of his broad collection of sounds collected from all over the world, a multichannel system, darkness and an audience whose eyes are covered.
