The 0-6 Space is the result of a participative design and construction process. It is a space for children aged 0-6 and their families to be together, play and carry out a variety of activities. It is a mobile space that can be activated in different locations in Tabakalera.
In her second film, 'La niña santa', Lucrecia Martel deploys all the features of her style: ellipses as a form of storytelling, the richness and complexity of the soundtrack, offscreen events, gazes and bodies, families and their blood mixing, latent sexuality, closed spaces and conflicts that are always at the brink of exploding, as if they were a force of nature.
Using the opportunity of the photographic exhibition by Berenice Abbott, between January and March we will screen three films (The Quiet One, Sidney Meyers, 1948 and Little Fugitive, Ray Ashley, Morris Engel, Ruth Orkin, 1953) which dialogue with those images and which share a historical moment and a reflection on the documentary awareness of a generation that took on the responsibility of portraying a country and its people.
