The workshop will look at the possibilities offered by a 3D printer and other simple nworkshop techniques for repairing, reusing and improving everyday objects. It will be an experimental, flexible meeting on conceptualisation, modelling, printing and settings, where each participant will focus on improvements in each of these areas.

Contents

  • Consumption and obsolescence. Why do we throw things away?
  • Is it broken? Basic knowledge of how things work, visualisation of solutions and feedback.
  • Is it possible to reapair it? Is it worth it?
  • How can I repair it? Examples of analogic and digital techniques.
